Q: How does self storage work?
A: You secure your storage unit with your own lock,
keep the key and have access to your unit 24-7.

Q: What can be stored in my unit?
A: Anything from a few boxes to a full household.
Hazardous or toxic materials are not permitted.

Q: What are your storage rates?
A: Upton Self Storage has competitive prices, please contact us for pricing.

Q: When is rent due?
A: Rent is due on the 1st of each month. First month in is prorated.

Q: Are there any other costs?
A: A security deposit of $50.00 is required upon rental and returned after vacating.

Q: How much space do I need?
A: Please use our Go Mini's® Calculator.xls

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Our office is open from Mon-Sat 10-2.
We are closed on most major holidays

Q: Do you offer any other services?
A: Yes, we have boxes, locks and packing supplies on site.

Q: Do you offer portable storage?
A: Yes, check out our GO-MINI'S site!

Q: What type of payment do you accept?
Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Discover , cash , checks.
We recommend utilizing our automatic monthly credit card or debit card billing.

Q: Do I need insurance?
A: Insurance is the tenants resposibility.
If you are a home or business owner your insurance policy may cover stored property.

Q: Do you offer car or motorcyle storage?
A: Yes, indoor storage only. They must be drained of all gas and oil.
